Titanara Capital is a purely technological software service providing automated trade routing and analysis tools. We are not a registered broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial institution. The algorithms and "Agents" provided by Titanara Capital act solely on the configurations and API keys provided by you, the user. Any information provided by our platform does not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice.

2. High-Risk Investment Warning

Trading cryptocurrencies and stocks on margin or utilizing automated tools involves extreme volatility and a high degree of risk. You could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial capital. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Past performance of the Titanara Capital engine is absolutely no guarantee of future results.

3. Limitation of Liability

By connecting your Alpaca trading account to Titanara Capital via API keys, you assume full and total responsibility for all trades executed by the software on your behalf. Under no circumstances shall Titanara Capital, its founders, or affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, financial losses, loss of profits, or data loss) arising out of the use or inability to use our software.

4. Security of API Keys

While Titanara Capital uses industry-standard encryption to protect the API keys you provide, you acknowledge that no digital system is completely infallible. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your brokerage account, utilize restrictive API key permissions (such as restricting withdrawal access), and revoke your API keys immediately if you suspect any compromise.
